The Jessup Competition is judged by an elite corps of voluntees. Judges are needed to evaluate and score the written and oral pleadings of the competitors.
The administration of the Italian National Rounds both experiences and new judges to apply. Nonetheless, study or practice in the field of international law, or prior experience in the Jessup Competition, is preferred.
Judge Registration
All those interested in serving as judge at the Italian National Rounds are invited to contact the Italian National Adminisrator via email at jessup.italianrounds[at]gmail.com, or to complete the Registration Form which will be released every year in late October on Jessup Italy facebook page.
In the form, you will find all relevant information about the Italian National Rounds, including a preliminary schedule of the rounds and social events. Please read the information carefully before confirming your availability.
Given the limited judging slots available at the Italian National Rounds, we may not be able to confirm all applicants to judge. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm whether it will be possible for us to accommodate your request. Please do not finalise travel arrangements before receiving confirmation of your participation from the Italian National Administrator.
