The Case Concerning the Sisters of the Sun
The Federation of the Clans of Atans (Applicant) and the Kindom of Rahad (Respondent) appeared before the International Court of Justice to address their differences in the Case Concerning the Sisters of the Sun.
The case addressed transboundary aquifers, basic human rights including the rights to food and water, and what happens when arguable violations of those rights generate refugee outflows.
