The State of Amalea (Applicant) and the Republic of Ritania (Respondent) appeared before the International Court of Justice to address their differences in the Case Concerning Certain Activities in the Malachi Gap.
The case addressed the conflict between maritime development and conservation, criminal jurisdiction, and maritime salvage rights.
