The Case Concerning the Alfurnan Migrants
Alfurna (Applicant) and the State of Rutasia (Respondent) appeared before the International Court of Justice to address their differences in the Case Concerning the Alfurnan Migrants.
The case addressed the conflict between maritime development and conservation, criminal jurisdiction, and maritime salvage rights.
