The Case Concerning the Mai-Tocao Temple
The Republic of Aprephe (Applicant) and the Republic of Rantania (Respondent) appeared before the International Court of Justice to address their differences in the Case Concerning the Mai-Tocao Temple.
The case addressed the legality of the use of force by an international organization, attributability of the use of force to an international organization, jurisdictional immunities of the State, and protecion of cultural property .
