The Republic of Aspatria (Applicant) and the Kindom of Rydal (Respondent) appeared before the International Court of Justice to address their differences in the Case Concerning the Windscale Islands.
The case addressed self determination, sovereignty over territory, bilateral investment treaties, and seizure of assets.
