The Case Concerning Certain Criminal Proceedings between Adova and Rotania
The Republic of Adova (Applicant) and the State of Rotania (Respondent) appeared before the International Court of Justice to address their differences in the Case Concerning certain Criminal Proceedings between Adova and Rotania.
The case addressed terrorism, treatment of detainees, military commissions and due process, and international criminal jurisdiction.
